NEWSFLASH: At present we have moved from a team of 12 a couple of years ago, down to a team of 3: Pete and Deb Croall – who live on the estate – and Meg Davies – not living in the area but working really hard having joined with us. We need more Christians to come and stand with us on the estate, to join with us and be part of local church and local community. There’s something biblical about fields and harvests? Is God calling you to help us sow, water and harvest in Trowbridge/St Mellons?

INSURING AN URBAN SANCTUARY: So the Urban Sanctuary has just been granted money from the Communities First Trust Fund, this means we can get the bus back on the road. Which is fantastic and an amazing answer to prayer!! Got funding to also buy a new console for the bus and equip it a little more. So the bus will hit the streets of Trowbridge/St Mellons again soon, we still need more helpers to get it out there (contact Pete Croall, pete.croall@igniteme.org if you might be interested). Truly exciting, it also means the bus is available for use by other groups again, get in touch for info on principles of use etc!

IGNITEHOPE 2010: (30th April - 3rd May 2010) Although it seems a long time away, the Hope (get it?) is that we will be involved in something big for IgniteHope 2010. Hopefully working alongside Communities First in Trowbridge to improve the area somehow. Not sure of what or where, but something will be happening, watch this space.
